Featuring Tournedos Crab a Rooney: twin beef tenderloin medallions, house marinated wild mushrooms, colossal lump crab, torched béarnaise, and roasted garlic smash.
Our starter menu presents the House Smoked Fish Plate with our house smoked trout, house cured salmon, caper berries, harvest grain mustard cream, and black tea boiled egg, red onion, and flat bread points.
Our breakfast specialties include Bistro French Toast: farmers white stuffed with mascarpone, fresh berries and aloe syrup.
Our cocktail list features our hand crafted cocktails, like the Golden Ticket with Leblon Cachaça, Domaine de Caton ginger, muddled sage, orange bitters, fresh lime & orange juices. It also includes our beers and a few non-alcoholic beverages.
